Nos da mucha pena, pero no nos queda más remedio que partir a Costa Rica. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos con Javier y Angélica en Guatemala. En principio teníamos previsto sólo un par de días que se han convertido en casi una semana en la que hemos visto infinidad de cosas.

Ahora te dan un ticket numerados por cada maleta de modo que es difícil que te lleves algo que no es tuyo, pero nosotros preferimos tomar todas las precauciones posibles.

Sólo salimos a ratitos para inspeccionar los pueblos vecinos. Quepos y Manuel Antonio. Quepos es bastante feo y no tiene nada que destacar, la aldea es un tanto caótica y la playa bastante fea, todo lo contrario que Manuel Antonio que mira al mar con una playa espectacular entre palmeras y riscos cubiertos de maleza hasta la misma orilla. Nos pareció precioso. Aún no sabíamos lo que nos esperaba justo al lado, en el interior del parque nacional del mismo nombre.

Nos levantamos a las cinco de la mañana para coger el autobús de cuatro horas a San José y desde allí de aeropuerto en aeropuerto para volar a San Juan de Puerto Rico vía Miami. Llegamos al hotel a las 9 de la noche. Palicilla de día, vaya.

Se lo comentamos a Javier y se animó a hacer la excursión con nosotros este domingo mientras las niñas iban con Angélica a ver el estreno de High School Musical 3 y a almorzar en el centro comercial con sus amigas.
